OUR STORY
Backstory to Jillian’s Housekeeping:
I started this business in August of 2018. I have always had a true love of cleaning, organizing, and interior design. I value home as the one place in the world that is truly ours. Why not make it great?
I began by myself, slowly building up my clientele and earning a name for myself around the Saratoga area. Just me, my bucket, my vacuum and a consistently positive outlook, it took no time at all to have a wait list of clients!
I hired my first employee in 2021 and never looked back! It has been a wonderful journey and I love that we get to impact peoples lives in a positive way every day. Helping people be less stressed, more happy, better parents, partners, and pet owners. A clean house truly is a happy home. One of the best things a client ever said to me was, “You helped save my marriage.” One for the books!
I hope that hiring Jillian’s Housekeeping can help you experience that same peace of mind. I have two small children now and a growing number of employees. I never send a team, this was a conscious decision I made so that you would get to know the cleaner I chose for you, and feel comfortable with them in your homes.

A Note From Jillian:
When it comes to our pricing, we are certainly on the higher end of local cleaning companies.
Let me explain why:
I pay my employees a real, living wage. I believe in making it so my employees can not only afford the growing expenses we all face, but have enough to save to invest in their futures as well.
Beyond that, I have also chose to run my small business 100% on the books. Being compliant with all of NYS & Federal regulations as a business is a very expensive task! All my employees are correctly categorized as W-2, I have to pay Sales taxes, Workers Comp, Payroll taxes, the list goes on and on. Because of this, our services are more expensive then many other cleaning companies that choose to pay their employees a non-living wage and keep most of their business off the books.
You can decide which route you would like to take and who you would like to hire. I prefer transparency and honesty about why our pricing is more expensive.

Modern Equipment
Top of the line Shark Vacuums are Jillian's preferred vacuum. All of the filters are replaced on a bimonthly basis and cleaned regularly.
